August 2010 Theme: “Seeing Double”


Deadline for receiving entries is last hour of Sunday, September 5.

One-time pre-registration required.
Only entries submitted using our online form will be considered.
Read the contest mechanics first.

Entries that do not conform to the size and naming guidelines will be disqualified.
 

You're right, you're seeing double. This is the second time we're having the same theme.

Everyone who saw the winning photos the first time we had this theme thought it was very clever and forced the photographer to look for "twin" subjects.

REMEMBER: We're not looking for mirror images, or reflections in puddles, but two of a kind, or two very similar objects (near-twin). Even more clever would be two different objects that bear a similarity, like a hat with side flaps alongside a dog with floppy ears. Go get creative.
